Niet zo vreemd. Want veelorganisaties worstelen met dezelfde vraag: <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Hoe zorg je ervoor dat mensen voor jou kiezen in een arbeidsmarkt waar iedereen zichtbaar probeert te zijn?<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nu negen maanden\u00a0later,\u00a0besluit ik opnieuw naar dat gesprek terug te kijken.\u00a0Wat mij nu vooral opvalt is dat\u00a0mijn gesprek met Quincy\u00a0eigenlijk helemaal niet over\u00a0social\u00a0media ging.\u00a0Het ging over vertrouwen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We zijn zichtbaarder dan ooit. Maar worden we ook onthouden?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kijk eens naar je eigen LinkedIn-tijdlijn.\u00a0Vacatures.\u00a0Campagnes.\u00a0Successen.\u00a0Nieuwe collega&#8217;s.\u00a0Aankondigingen van\u00a0Open dagen.\u00a0Awards.\u00a0Projecten.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Iedere organisatie doet haar best om zichtbaar te zijn.\u00a0Maar zichtbaarheid alleen is geen onderscheid meer.\u00a0Want zichtbaar zijn is tegenwoordig relatief eenvoudig.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Opvallen is iets anders.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Onthouden worden is weer iets anders.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En vertrouwen opbouwen is misschien wel het moeilijkste van allemaal.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kandidaten\u00a0kiezen steeds minder voor vacatures\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dat klinkt misschien vreemd.\u00a0Maar steeds vaker kiezen mensen voor\u00a0het gevoel dat ze online van jullie als organisatie ervaren.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Het beeld dat ze zien\u00a0van de\u00a0cultuur\u00a0binnen jullie organisatie.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Manier van samenwerken.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Collega&#8217;s waarin ze zichzelf herkennen\u00a0of juist helemaal niet.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ze vormen (on)bewust een beeld van jouw\u00a0organisatie\u00a0met de\u00a0gedachte:<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8220;Daar\u00a0zou ik wel bij willen horen, of juist niet&#8221;<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dat proces begint vaak al maanden voordat iemand op een vacature klikt.\u00a0Soms zelfs jaren.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Waarom medewerkers\u00a0minstens zo\u00a0belangrijker\u00a0zijn\u00a0in\u00a0de\u00a0campagnes<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Toen ik Quincy vorig jaar sprak viel \u00e9\u00e9n ding op.\u00a0Bij De Zorggroep spelen medewerkers niet af en toe een rol in een campagne.\u00a0Ze vormen het verhaal.\u00a0Niet\u00a0vanuit een geforceerde verplichting.\u00a0Maar omdat echte mensen geloofwaardiger zijn dan welke campagne ook.\u00a0Daar laten veel\u00a0organisaties nog kansen laten liggen.\u00a0Ze investeren in mooie arbeidsmarktcampagnes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nieuwe werken-bij-sites.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vacatureteksten.\u00a0Advertenties.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Maar vergeten misschien wel hun grootste krachtbron:\u00a0de\u00a0mensen die er al werken.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Niet alleen als \u2018figurant\u2019 bij de\u00a0foto-shoot. Maar als inhoudelijk onderdeel van het daadwerkelijk laten zien wat er in de strategische beleidsdocumenten staat aan visie, kernwaarden en focus thema\u2019s.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dat is niet verkeerd.\u00a0Maar het zorgt wel voor een nieuw probleem.\u00a0Steeds meer\u00a0(online)\u00a0communicatie gaat op elkaar lijken.\u00a0\u00a0Juist daarom worden menselijke verhalen waardevoller.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De\u00a0recruiter\u00a0die vertelt waarom zij haar werk mooi vindt.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De verpleegkundige die een ervaring deelt.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De leidinggevende die een dilemma bespreekt.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">De medewerker die laat zien hoe een werkdag eruitziet.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dat soort verhalen kun je niet automatiseren.\u00a0En juist daarom blijven ze hangen.<\/span><span maken wie ze werkelijk zijn.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Met echte mensen.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Echte verhalen.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Echte overtuigingen.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En een cultuur die online herkenbaar wordt.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Niet omdat iedereen\u00a0influencer\u00a0moet worden.<\/span>\u00a0<br \/><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Maar omdat mensen graag zien met wie ze mogelijk gaan samenwerken.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Een vraag voor\u00a0recruiters<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Misschien is de belangrijkste vraag niet:\u00a0<\/span><i><span
